 | EDUCATION: University education began in the Faculty of Human Ecology at the University of Manitoba, with the focus changing to Psychology in subsequent years. Donna attended many adult education degree courses over the years at both Universities in Winnipeg. Over the past 25 years, an additional 200 one-day to one-week special seminars have been completed. Donna has personally completed extensive and comprehensive research in all areas of her seminars. Donna has developed over 32 complete and different seminars and workshops. Her experiences gained while delivering over 2500 seminars to all levels of government, large and small groups from the private sector and educational institutions, are invaluable. These experiences enable ABC to meet the education and training needs of any organization. |

SPEED SKATING ACHIEVEMENTS:
Over the past 12 years, while racing as a Master Speed Skater, Donna has broken countless Canadian and North American Records, including ten new Canadian and North American Records over the past racing season, 2000-2001.

COACHING & OFFICIATING ACHIEVEMENTS:
Donna has been a volunteer coach and official with Special Olympics since 1983, officiating the last two World Games for Special Olymipics. She attained her International Judging Level in Rythmic Gymnastics, is a Level 2 Coach in Rythmic Gymnastics and a fully certified Level 3 Coach for Speed Skating. |  |
AWARDS: Donna was awarded the Jack Hunt Coaching Award for top coach in Manitoba in 1994. She was also awarded the Outstanding Volunteer in Sport in 1982 and the Premier's Volunteer Service Award in 1990. Donna was a YM-YWCA Women of Distinction Finalist in 1991 and again in 1998. Donna has also received the Order of Sports Excellence Award in ten of the last 12 years. In April 2001, the Winnipeg Chamber Of Commerce awarded Donna and Academic & Business Communication Inc. the Technology Innovation Award for her online courses at www.communicatingbetter.com.
